• Distance Learning and Telemedicine (DLT) Grant Program

DLT funding builds the network and end user technology that links a rural site (the school, library, college, clinic, hospital, or community facility receiving the service) to instructors, course content, specialists, and consulting providers at a hub site. The program is designed to bring courses, training, specialty care, and behavioral health services to rural communities where these resources are otherwise unavailable or limited.

This Nursing Workforce Diversity funding opportunity supports efforts to expand nursing education and increase enrollment and graduation of individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping build a more diverse and representative healthcare workforce.

• Telehealth Network Grant Program

This Telehealth Nutrition Services Network Grant Program supports organizations in developing and expanding telehealth networks that increase access to care, using nutrition-focused services to prevent and manage chronic diseases and improve health outcomes in underserved communities.

This Expanding Nutrition Services funding opportunity supports HRSA-funded health centers in increasing access to nutrition services, using food-based and clinical interventions to prevent, manage, and treat chronic conditions while expanding the number of patients served.
