Shelly Davis

For more than two decades, Shelly Davis has done one thing exceptionally well, helping hospitals turn ambitious visions into funded realities.

As the founder of Davis Development and Consulting, Shelly brings over 20 years of specialized grant writing and management experience to one of healthcare’s most important challenges, securing the resources needed to improve patient care, drive innovation, and strengthen communities. Her work spans the full spectrum of healthcare funding, including federal and state grants, as well as private and corporate foundation awards. Her clients include health systems, rural hospitals, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and Rural Health Clinics that serve some of the country’s most underserved populations.

No, DDC works with non-profit, for-profit, and government entities.

We typically do not write CDC, NIH, or other research-related grants. We also do not write sponsorship requests, since that is more of a fundraising/ solicitation area.

We are able to help with business proposals, bids for RFP’s, cases for support for campaigns, content for formal annual reports, and a variety of other business proposals and reports.

Yes, we can write the content for many of those contract bid proposals.
